At ImportLot, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy below for complete details regarding order processing, delivery methods, shipping costs, and timelines.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS / UPS / FedEx (for U.S. orders)

  • DHL / FedEx International / Local postal services (for international orders)


International Shipping

  • ImportLot ships worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

  • Customs processes may cause delays beyond our control.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted countries under trade sanctions.

  • Hazardous items (such as aerosols or flammable goods) may have shipping limitations.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • ImportLot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item(s).

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out so we can assist with a resolution.
